Dear Customers

In scope to the communication OC00042-2022 where we have mentioned the delay in the import cargoes to rail due to situations out of our reach, we inform you of the following:
Contecon continues loading and operating to expedite the flow of cargo, without destination restrictions, in case of having inconveniences when directing cargo to certain destinations, please contact your railroad service provider.

We maintain at your disposal to make the change of modality without any surcharge (from FFCC to SPF), this for non-released cargo. In case of LINER cargo, please send your request through the shipping company. In case of NON LINER cargo, please follow the usual process.
