Credentialing

This process must be carried out by the personnel of the Customs Agencies, Shipping Lines and Clients who will visit or hold meetings in the administrative areas of CMSA.

(If activities in the operational area are required, this process is not appropriate).

It is necessary to select the type of request:

  • First time (if this is the first time you are registering with CMSA).
  • Renewal due to expiration (if previously registered with CMSA and continue with the same company).
  • Loss of credential, damage or change of company (already registered with CMSA), request bank details and amount to be paid to the following e-mail: facturaciones@contecon.mx.

The following documents should be provided:

  • Official identification.
  • Photograph.
  • Proof of IMSS membership / Major Medical Insurance Policy.

Watch the video and answer the questions related to its content in order to have your permit approved.

This process must be carried out by suppliers and contractors whose personnel are required to enter CMSA's operational areas.

Supplier and contractor risk assessment register

In this section the entity's data must be entered at least once; in the event that it is required to add other activities different from those registered or that a new project with CMSA is available.

Personnel registration

In this option you must enter the information of each collaborator that needs to enter the areas in the previously registered project.

Note: the effective date of admission will be the date mentioned in the medical exam entered, in case of expiration please enter another medical exam.

This process must be performed for each of the electronic devices (Cell Phone / Tablet / Camera) that the personnel of the Customs Agencies, Shipping Lines, Customers and Suppliers plan to bring into CMSA's operational areas.
