We hereby wish to communicate and inform you about the situation that is affecting the operation and service times at the Port of Manzanillo. Attached please find illustrative images showing the current situation.
Unfortunately, we are facing a major challenge due to the processing time of units for attention in the northern customs zone. This situation is causing delays and interruptions in our operational processes.
We would like to point out that we are in constant communication with the authorities to resolve this situation as soon as possible.
We will continue to keep all our customers and port users informed of the progress and measures that will be implemented to resolve this situation by the authority.
