Electronic Customs System - Crossing Notice

Dear Customers

We hereby share the Manzanillo Customs Information Bulletin, issued on July 30, 2022, regarding the "Electronic Customs System - Crossing Notice":

In order not to affect foreign trade operations and to give opportunity to all carriers who have not yet obtained their TAG for customs entry and exit, the Customs Electronic System - Crossing Notice, will be operating temporarily as it has been doing until today, to mark the operation as filed or to activate the automated selection module if applicable, as follows:

It will be modulated with the printed format of the crossing notice by means of the QR (Quick Response code) accompanied by the DODA.

As of August 1st, production tests will begin in a controlled and orderly manner, which must be previously authorized by this administrative unit in the following two modalities:

• TAG and its relationship with a transmitted Crossing Notice.
• Unique Badge and its relationship to a transmitted Crossing Notice.

The aforementioned in order to inform its members in order to avoid setbacks in operations.
