Dear Customers
We hereby inform you that the adjustment made to our web portal regarding the scheduling of appointments for import deliveries will be postponed indefinitely. Likewise, please be informed that some adjustments will be made to the appointment section in order to offer you a better experience of the services provided in our facilities.
The terminal will continue to reserve the option of the appointment time, so the possibility of generating the pass from the web portal will be enabled based on the following windows:

Window 1: Appointments that have been scheduled before 12:00 noon on the current day will be enabled to download the pass with the assigned timetable from 14:00 on the same day.

Window 2: If the programme has not been completed by the close of the first window, a second cut-off will take place at 17:00 and passes will be available at 18:00 on the same day.
In the event that your appointments have been scheduled 48 hours in advance, passes will be issued in the last window of the day, i.e. at 18:00 on the day you request.
And finally, for those appointments that are scheduled more than 72 hours in advance, they will have to wait the corresponding time until they reach the criteria set out in the previous point, so that they can download their passes up to 48 hours before their scheduled appointment.
