Extraordinary Service
Dear Customers
We hereby inform you of the procedure to follow for the request of Extraordinary Service in Contecon:
A. Request it via e-mail to the address cmsa.se@contecon.mx between 09:00 and 15:00 hours. You must enter in subject "Extraordinary service request followed by number of containers, importer and customs agency", example: Extraordinary service request 10 containers Contecon Manzanillo A.A. Agencia Aduanal del Mar.
B. You must wait for confirmation from Contecon, where you will be given the logistics (schedule and loading sequences) for the entrance of the transport to the terminal, and thus be able to load and dispatch the units in a timely manner.
C. Once the request is authorized by Contecon, you will be able to request the extraordinary service to the customs authority, in which you must add the following Contecon's group address for extraordinary services cmsa.se@contecon.mx.
D. Contecon will assign the timetable for unit entry appointments to the terminal and access passes will be issued with the correct information.
The above in order to take the appropriate measures to avoid affecting their operations.
