Service Cancellation Schedule (3)

Dear Customers

We hereby inform you that cancellations of your services (Cargo Services, Delivery/Receipt manoeuvres) can only be made without incurring additional charges, subject to the following requirements:

• Monday to Friday up to 18:00 hrs the day before the programme you wish to cancel.
• Saturday until 12 noon, to cancel manoeuvres on Monday.

These cancellations must be requested via email as follows:

Preliminary (ocular, desycon, seal changes, labelling, etc.) / Inspections at PIVFZ / Warehouse Manoeuvres:

Deliveries / Receipt of Fills:

• cmsa.atencionaclientes@contecon.mx

You must send it with the following mail subject for identification:
Folio cancellation / (Folio number) / (container without spaces or dashes)
