Service Cancellation Schedule

Dear Customers

We hereby inform you that cancellations of your services (Cargo Services, Delivery/Receipt manoeuvres) can only be made without incurring additional charges until 18:00 hrs on the day immediately prior to the schedule you wish to cancel.

These cancellations must be requested via email as follows:

Preliminary (ocular, desycon, seal changes, labelling, etc.) / Inspections at PIVFZ / Warehouse Manoeuvres:
