Dear Customers

We hereby inform you that we have held meetings with the Manzanillo Customs and the Administration of the National Port System in order to find joint solutions to the issue of appointments for the delivery of imports, which as we reported at the time, imports have increased extraordinarily; for this reason we inform you that from Monday January 3 and for 5 weeks, customs has agreed to extend the schedule two hours more from Monday to Friday, in order to expand our delivery capacity. It is worth mentioning that this is a temporary measure.

The customs timetable in the northern zone is as follows:

07:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday.

Together we will do it again, as this is the second time we have activated the plan.
