Dear Customers
During the weeks following the holidays, there was a decrease in the number of appointments for the delivery of import containers to trucks, with respect to the spaces offered on a daily basis, leaving about 35% of appointments available.
However, we are currently experiencing high import volumes. In addition, the extension granted by Customs for the closing hours has already ended. Therefore, we ask for your full support to use the appointments offered and thus reduce the stay of containers in port in order to reduce additional costs and reduce the time lag of appointments that this could generate.
