Dear Customers

From October 19, 2021 we will be making an adjustment to our web portal (ISCS), which will temporarily modify the way to schedule appointments for delivery of Imports during the period from 19 to 23 October this year, this in order to offer users a better experience in the services provided in our facilities, after the period indicated our portal will be readjusted to its usual configuration.

1. The user will experience a modification in the visualisation of timetables per day, identifying only the timetable "00:00" with the total number of appointments to be offered per day according to the capacities agreed with the API.

2. Once you have selected the only available time "00:00" and according to the availability of appointments of the day, you can confirm your appointment for the indicated day, however, the correct time on the access pass will be updated until the next event occurs (see point 3).

3. The terminal will be reserving during the indicated period the option of the appointment time, so it will be enabled the possibility to generate the pass from the web portal based on the following windows:

• Window 1: For all appointments that have been scheduled before 12:00 noon on the current day, the option to download the pass with an assigned timetable will be enabled from 13:00 on the same day.

• Window 2: If the schedule has not been completed by the close of the first window, a second cut-off will take place at 16:00 and passes will be available at 17:00 on the same day.

• Window 3: As a final review of the day for all those appointments that have not been scheduled within the first 2 windows, a final cut-off will take place at 18:00 with the option to download passes from 19:00 on the same day.

For delivery appointments scheduled in advance, i.e. more than one day prior to the selected day, they will be issued in the last window of the day, i.e. at 19:00 on the day you request.

Note: All access passes will be accompanied by the legend: "Passes with timetable 00:00 - 00:00 are not valid".
