Customs System Intermittence Update (2)

Dear Customers

As a follow up to communication OC000023-2023, we inform that due to the intermittency of the customs system, there is still a slowness in the departure of loaded trucks to the fiscal route, which keeps affecting the terminal's income. We continue in coordination with customs and ASIPONA to reduce the impact that this situation has generated in the scheduled operation on May 2 and 3.

We thank you for your understanding, we ask you to keep pending of the appointments that were not attended on May 2nd, since we will look for a way to bring them forward in order to help reduce your stay at the terminal. We do not omit to mention that at this time it is of utmost importance to have the commitment of all those involved, since we are experiencing a considerable increase in imports and, due to the holidays since Easter (2.5 days) plus the 2.5 days of this week, the evacuation of containers has been reduced.
