Transfer Windows

Dear Customers

We are pleased to inform you about the update of the application process for import container transfers, as well as the changes in their schedules, in order to improve the scheduling and delivery of goods in the windows allowed by customs.

Monday to Friday	23:00 - 03:00
Saturdays	18:00 - 21:00

It is important to consider the following:

• The submission of the authorization request to Customs will be made from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
• Containers to be transferred by land must have the I3 method authorized by customs no later than 18:00 of the previous day on which they are being requested to be transferred.
• Customs has the power to refuse by I3 or by e-mail the transfer of a container, in case the information retransmitted does not match.
