In scope to the communication OC00033-2022 where we have mentioned the delay in the import loads to rail, due to situations beyond our reach, we inform you that we continue working hand in hand with our ally Ferromex to achieve the evacuation of the pending loads, we regret the inconvenience that this may represent.

We expect to have a reduction in loading times during the current week, and we also offer you the possibility to change mode without any surcharge (from FFCC to SPF), this for non-released cargo.

In case of LINER cargo, please send your request through the shipping company. In case of NON LINER cargo, please follow the usual process. We thank you for sharing the information with your work teams and we remain at your service.
