Situation Rail Freight

Dear Customers

During the last few weeks we have been experiencing a delay in the loading of import containers to rail gondolas, which has been validated on a daily basis with the Ferromex team, maintaining full and transparent communication of the situation.

However, due to situations beyond our control, the rail operation has been interrupted. As a result, the number of containers pending loading continues to increase day by day.

We will continue to work hand in hand with our partner Ferromex to return to the expected level of service, we regret any inconvenience this may represent.
