Hereby, quoting the statement issued yesterday August 16 by Grupo Mexico, where it is stated: "The strike of the PANTACO Carriers Association that provides last mile service to the Mexico Valley Railway Terminal (TFVM) remains in force, generating high inventories of containers at the terminal. This situation is not related to our operation and has led us to extend the rail embargo with origin in the three main maritime corridors until Saturday, August 19.

In view of the above, please consider that import goods with railroad departure mode could be increasing their stay within Contecon Manzanillo due to situations beyond the control of this port terminal, therefore, it is suggested to validate alternatives of withdrawal with departure mode through federal public service.
