Dear users, we hereby inform you of the procedure to follow for the request of Extraordinary Service in Contecon, please:

  • At 15:00 hrs spaces will be available on the web portal for Express Clearance only for authorization of those that count as Extraordinary Services and that have been requested before the customs authority.
  • It is of utmost importance that the requests you make for Extraordinary Service before Customs are sent to the following addresses cmsa.se@contecon.mx and atencion@contecon.mx, considering that the account atencion@contecon.mx must be in the To: field of the e-mail, so that your requests are received in the correct order and your requests are attended in time by the service team as well as for the authorization of your Service.
  • Once we have your folio in the portal and the SE request mail to the customs office where the vucem acknowledgement is displayed, we will proceed to validate and authorize the folio, once your folio is authorized, you must proceed to download your new passes and perform the corresponding procedures before PIS.
  • Once the customs authority authorizes your request, you must forward your mail to the above mentioned addresses, under the same considerations, noting that in case that due to any situation beyond Contecon's control the requested service is not performed, the corresponding charges will apply according to our tariffs.
