Further to communication OC00042-2022 where we have mentioned the delay in import cargoes to railroads due to situations beyond our control, we inform you that the number of containers pending loading continues to increase.

We continue to work hand in hand with our ally Ferromex to achieve the placement of sufficient gondolas; however, we are currently experiencing delays in rail loading because the equipment provided has been insufficient to meet the demand we have.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause and suggest that you contact your rail service provider directly.

We also make available to you to make the change of modality without surcharge any (from FFCC to SPF), this for freight not released. In case of LINER cargo, please send your request through the shipping company.

In the case of NO LINER loading, carry out the usual procedure.
