Migration of Stamping Version 4.0

Dear Customers

We hereby inform all users of our web platform (ISCS) that on Saturday, December 10 of this year we will begin the migration process to the electronic stamping version 4.0, in compliance with the tax provisions that will go into effect in fiscal year 2023.

The migration process will be carried out in two phases as follows:

ISCS Web Portal Changes

  • Service Request Module: when making service requests, it will be mandatory to update the billing data so that the user can save the request in the "Customer Registration Requests" section. It will also be necessary for the customer to be up to date when editing billing data of previously saved service requests.
  • Rebilling Requests Module: when rebilling requests are required, it will be necessary that the client to whom the new invoice will be issued, as well as the client who will be billed the charge for the rebilling service, are updated in the system in the "Client Registration Requests" section.
  • Attach proof of tax status (as issued by the Tax Administration Service, not older than three months).

Changes Timbrado 3.3 to 4.0

In order to regularize the billing of services scheduled before the changes in the web platform (ISCS). Stamping version 4.0 will be done as of Tuesday, December 13.

In order to avoid delays in the issuance of your invoices, it is necessary to take the following recommendations:

  • Have the importers/exporters' tax status certificates at hand.
  • Give priority to updating customers who are in the process of dispatching or issuing an invoice.

It will be the user's responsibility to provide the correct billing information when registering or updating billable customers.

Yours sincerely.
