Railway Shipping Deliveries

In order to improve and reduce processes, as of Monday 04 April, for import containers with rail departure mode, it will no longer be necessary to request a Delivery/Shipping manoeuvre on our ISCS portal.

However, it is important to mention that the procedure to follow in the event that your container is customs inspected remains the same, i.e. once your customs declaration and customs indicates that your container has been inspected, you must program the "Customs Inspection" service request on our ISCS portal immediately and you must not document it before Ferromex until your operation is fully completed.
