Connectivity with Customs CRP

Dear Customers

We hereby inform you that today there were problems with the Remote Consultation of Pedimentos (CRP) system at the customs modules, which caused a considerable queue at the port entry lanes.

Therefore, working together with the port authorities, we requested the opening of the tolerances in PIS and in our booths, in order to achieve the dispatch of the largest number of scheduled appointments.
