Dear Customers

As a follow-up to communication OC000006-2024, we inform that due to the failure of the customs system and in order to support the evacuation of the port, Manzanillo customs will be extending the hours for import clearance from February 8 to 13, 2024.

In this regard, we would like to request your valuable participation and support in reducing the time containers spend at the terminal and proceeding to take the clearance appointments available on our ISCS operational portal.
