Billing Data Update
Dear Customers
We remind you that with the implementation of the electronic stamping version 4.0, it is imperative that the invoicing data of the company names registered in the system for invoicing purposes are updated at the time of selecting them in the release of your goods; the information entered must be in accordance with the tax status certificate in force before the SAT.
When these are not updated, it is not possible to stamp the invoices, so we request that if you do not receive your invoices within 2 business days after your payment is made, first validate if the customer made any tax update or if the information entered in the customer registration is not correct, if no update is received in the system, the invoices will be billed to a generic RFC, so the correction of the document will be made with the corresponding re-invoicing charge.
